I bought a tire, no big deal, its a tire. The service is what I want to mention. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with customer service. I had never purchased a tire online so I left a note in the special instructions box that said what kind of bike the tire was for and that if it was the wrong one please notify me prior to sending. I got a call from a rep/ maybe owner not sure, anyway he was very nice and asked me a few questions and assured me it was the correct tire. He was super friendly and informative. The tire arrived within a couple days just as was expected. I would recommend this site purely based on customer service. Anyone can sell a tire, not everyone cares enough to follow up with their customers in the manor that he did. Thank you very much, and I will be using you exclusively for all my bike tire needs as well as recommend you to all my friends.
