Excellent 80/20 Tire
Per my review on the front tire, these tires provide outstanding grip on pavement and decent traction on gravel and rock roads. Mileage is very good. I have run these on a 2016 R1200GS and will now be running them on my 2021 R1250GS.

These work great for me.
My '22 GSA came with Bridgestone 042's. The front tire is SO noisy. I put a set of these TA3s on my bike at 700 miles and saved the Bridgestones for a rainy day. All the noise went away. I've used nothing but TA3 for 30K miles now. They stick like glue in corners. Front tires get exceptional life. Life of Rears depends on how you ride them. They don't like endless high-speed interstate hauls in the heat. They will only last about 6K if you treat them like that. But they excel for hitting the curves and riding surface streets and country lanes. They're OK occasionally on unpaved roads too. They have been great, great tires on my GSA. Very confident leaned over. Very sticky. More tread depth and puncture resistance than a pure street tire. I love these things. Note: They can make a little noise when you lean them after they start to wear down, but it's nothing like those Bridgestones. They howled at you loudly from 20mph on, leaned or not. Crazy for an OE approved tire. Except for the front tire noise, 042 work OK. For TA3 on a GS/GSA, get the V rated tire if it's not sold out. It has more tread thickness than the W.

Don't Recommend
I've used Continental Trail Attack 2 for the past 130,000 miles on two BWM R1200GSAWs with great success. Since no longer available, I switched to its replacement, the Trail Attack 3. The tire worked great until 5000 miles. Then it cupped badly resulting in excessive noise and feedback through the pegs on every curse. Since the bike has tire pressure monitors, it was always operated at BMWs recommend 42psi for the rear tire. This is the same air pressure I used on 12 sets of Trail Attack 2s, and never had a cupping issue.
