Initial impression
I got this tire to replace a TKC80 that was subject to their recall and subsequent product cancellation in the size 90/90-21.
My initial observations are that the knobs are smaller. Just as deep if not slightly deeper. The slightly smaller widths of the knobs makes me thing this will stick even more off-road (I have yet to test it offroad), but also that it may not be quite as good on-road. My initial ride though makes me question my assumption it may not be as good on road as it is soft and has less rolling rumble at low speed and so far has handled well and given me no need to question it. A trip to the mountains on the road and off the road should be a real test that will hopefully happen soon. Initial impression is good though, I'm excited to run this rubber through its paces in due time.
